GOALS

In regards to my goals in this class, I would really like to focus on my flexibility skills. When I was younger I was a gymnast but due to my lack of training, I lost a lot of my flexibility. In order to reach this goal I will do 10 minutes of stretching per day to better improve my skills (following an online youtube tutorial- will be linked).  I would also like to work towards a better nutrition. My weight can really fluctuate. I have struggled with bad nutritional habits in the past. For starters,  I’d want to implement breakfast in my diet and more well-balanced meals as opposed to only carbs In order to reach this goal I will start by eating smaller breakfasts until I am used to eating in the morning I will also try implementing more fruits in my diet (one fruit a day) as well as trying to eat more protein for super. Lastly, I would like to work on my time management skills when it comes to working out. Often times I feel like it is very hard to allocate time in my day to workout. In order to reach this goal I will buy an agenda or day planner to outline my days.
