- Flexibility
In regards to my goals in this class, I would really like to focus on my flexibility skills. When I was younger I was a gymnast but due to my lack of training, I lost a lot of my flexibility. In order to reach this goal, I will do 10 minutes of stretching per day to better improve my skills. ultimate goal: By October 13th (a month from now) I want to successfully be able to touch my toes while bending down, swan stretch, and the butterfly stretch.
2. Nutrition
I would also like to work towards a better nutrition. My weight can really fluctuate. I have struggled with bad nutritional habits in the past. For starters, I’d want to implement breakfast in my diet and more well-balanced meals as opposed to only carbs
ultimate goal: In order to reach this goal I will start by eating smaller breakfasts until I am used to eating in the morning I will also try implementing more fruits in my diet (one fruit a day) as well as trying to eat more protein for super.
3. Time management in regards to working out
Lastly, I would like to work on my time management skills when it comes to working out. Often times I feel like it is very hard to allocate time in my day to workout.
Ultimate goal: In order to reach this goal, I will buy an agenda or day planner to outline my days.
4. Workout my glutes
Ultimate goal: In order to achieve this I have downloaded an app called “30-day butt lift workout” which my friends have downloaded and use religiously. I am planning on using it once a day.
